In January 2015, I returned to London to finish up some research work I had been doing whilst Jason went straight to Singapore. I was there for about 5 weeks, staying on the floor of our friend Marcus' house. Marcus, along with our friend Ron and another friend of his, Lawrence, booked a cheap trip to Stockholm in the first weekend of February.

It turns out that there is a reason why Stockholm is cheap in February. It is pretty cold with snow over a metre deep. Still, we pushed through and went sightseeing all over the city during they day, and then went clubbing in the old town (Gamla Stan) in the evening. We went to the local supermarket and feasted on local cheese, meat and various seafood products, as well as local beers. Very fun trip!

I don't have too many photos from the trip, but we had a great time! Will have to bring Jason next time!
