Our second stop in the Mar-Apr 2014 European excursion was in the Austrian capital, conveniently 40 mins drive away from Bratislava, Slovakia (apparently the closest capital cities in the world). We came through for 3 days and 2 nights, and celebrated Jason’s birthday by drinking in the Naschmarkt.

Vienna is nice, huge buildings come out the wazoo. They just love building stuff I guess. Jason had the gummy bears of a lifetime at a stable gift shop, which either shows the calibre of the sweets in Austria, or his refined palate.

Vienna was cool. You should check it out. If you like large circles with vast buildings on the perimeter then you are definitely in for a treat.
